® Financial Dimensions, Inc. (FDI) was founded in 1987 in Pittsburgh, Pa., initially providing credit reports and public records searches for the banking community. Servicing companies nationwide from its Western Pennsylvania location, FDI continued to grow its full array of mortgage servicing products during the next 14 years. Document retrieval, including mortgages, title policies and endorsements, was added in 1997. Mortgage preparation and recording services were introduced in 2000, with title and real estate closings, mortgage post-closing review and government insuring services offered in 2001. With more than 15 years in the industry, FDI has grown into a fully diversified mortgage servicing company.
